Refund policy
Order Cancellation Policy :
1. Cancellations within 24 hours will be accepted by Raaya, by contacting the customer care team via call, email (info@raaya.in) or chat.
2. Product change will not be entertained after 24 hours from the time order was placed.
3. You can choose to cancel all Non-Ready to ship products, only if done within 24 hours of placing it.
4. Cancellation within 24 hours can be reimbursed in the form of online store credits only.
5. Products ordered in sale are not eligible for cancellation.
6. Raaya holds the right to intimate the customer in case of non-availability of any product from manufactures end and can take a product change request then, else cancle the product and issue store credits.
Exchange And Return Process :
Requests for return or exchange of products purchased from our e-commerce portal, www.raaya.in are required to be made by users within 24 hours from delivery of the product(s). Users can place their request to our Customer Care Team via email at info@raaya.in or call us on +918669973153. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a "Return Accepted" confirmation email from us, we will not be able to entertain such requests. Once we accept the return request, kindly dispatch the product within 3 days. we will not able to accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us thereafter. You have to send your details i.e. Order number/ Order ID & reasons for exchange and return via email.
After the delivery of the purchased product, you can exchange the product under the following conditions :
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
● In case of design and colour variations
● Products returned in a used or damaged condition
3. Refunds will be made after we have received the product and duly verified it. Exceptions to the above would be made if the package has been lost in transit where the customer needs to provide the Courier details.
4. No return and exchange policy is available for the accessories. (Safa, Mala, Dupatta & Mojari)
Claiming Refunds
1. Our refund takes around 10 to 15 working days after initiating the refund. A refund will be credited to the same account which was used for making the order payment.
2. Please note that Debit/Credit Card refunds involve an admin/credit card commission of 5% of
the final order value. This cost will be deducted from the value of the refund.
3. An alternate solution is a Raaya Online Store Credit, which nullifies the Credit Card Commission charge and therefore makes it possible for us to issue a Store Credit equivalent to the final accepted value of creditable funds.
Transactional Disputes Transactional Disputes if any would be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune. We, as a merchant, shall be under no liability whatsoever, in respect of any loss or damages arising, directly or indirectly, from to decline of authorization for any transaction on the account of the Cardholder/customer, having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by them with their acquiring bank.
The Company reserves the right to amend and/or alter any of the above policy terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
